1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing atsresumechecker.co.in or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
2. Services Offered
- Free ATS Resume Score Checker: A browser-based tool that analyses your resume across 16 checkpoints at no charge.
- ATS Resume Writing (₹499): A hand-crafted, ATS-optimised resume written personally by Neeraj Singh Bora.
- LinkedIn Profile Optimization (₹599): Keyword-optimised rewrite of your LinkedIn profile sections.
- Resume + LinkedIn Combo (₹899): Both services combined, with a cover letter included.
3. Ordering & Payment
- Orders are placed via WhatsApp at +91 99101 36637.
- Payment is accepted via UPI, PhonePe, Google Pay, or bank transfer.
- No advance payment required — you pay after reviewing the first draft of your resume.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of all charges. We reserve the right to update pricing; current prices are always shown on the website.
4. Delivery
- Resumes are delivered within 24 hours of receiving all required information (current resume + target role).
- Delivery is via WhatsApp in PDF and Word (.docx) formats.
- If delivery is delayed beyond 24 hours due to circumstances on our end, we will notify you promptly.
5. Revisions
- ATS Resume Writing includes 5 free revisions.
- Resume + LinkedIn Combo includes 10 free revisions.
- Revisions must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Revisions cover adjustments based on the original brief. A change in target role or a request for a completely new resume after delivery is not covered under free revisions.
6. Refund Policy
- If we are unable to deliver your resume within the agreed timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund.
- If you are unsatisfied after receiving revisions, contact us — we will make every effort to resolve the issue.
- No refunds are issued after the final approved version has been delivered and accepted.
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery via nrjbora@gmail.com.
7. Client Responsibilities
To deliver the best result, you agree to provide accurate information about your work experience, skills, and qualifications, share your current resume or a detailed summary, and specify your target job role and industry at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for outcomes where inaccurate or incomplete information was provided.
8. Intellectual Property
The resume written for you is yours to use freely. All original website content — blog articles, tool design, and marketing copy — is the intellectual property of Neeraj Bora Consulting and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
9. Disclaimer
While we work hard to optimise your resume for ATS systems and Indian job portals, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as interview calls, job offers, or salary increases. Results depend on many factors beyond the resume, including market conditions, experience level, and employer requirements.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
